PASSIVE SMOKERS CAN GET BREAST CANCER

US scientists have claimed that secondhand smokers are at higher risk of Breast Cancer. Earlier, their research also led to them to the conclusion that young women smokers are more likely to get addicted to smoking than young men.

Breast Cancer is the number one cancer among women and the count of its victim are rising very rapidly. This is for the first time that passive smoking has been directly linked with some sort of cancer. World Health Organization links smoking with 25 Cancers: Some of these cancers are : uterine, kidneys, cervix, pancreas, head and neck... The study firmly proves that smoking is not only injurious to your health but also to the company you are with. Wake Up!

Smoking doesn't stop here with its side-effects. For women, smoking also increases the risk of strokes and heart diseases. And to add fuel to the fire, chances for heart related diseases gets ten-fold if they are taking birth-control pills side by side

STRESS IS NOT JUST FOR ADULTS

Stress is not just for adults. Stress is a feeling that is created when we react to particular events. Stress is what you feel when you are worried or uncomfortable about something. Stress is defined as an organism's total response to environmental demands or pressures. Stress is common to everyone. Not to say all stress is bad. Some stress is normal and feeling of stress is normal. Stress is what you feel when you have to handle more than you are used to. Stress is a mental or an emotional condition that occurs in response to external influences. To handle stress one should try to find out how and recognize the causes of stress and explore practical tips on stress relief and stress management.

Stress is a person's physical and emotional response to change. Not all stress is detrimental. Stress is any change in your normal routine or health. Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. Stress is a physical and psychological reaction to issues and events emanating from one's environment.

Stress is part of being alive. In today's society stress is more prevalent than ever. Stress is with us all the time. Ideally a person can spot what the cause of their stress is from. Stress is a sign that we need to look more closely at our lives. Stress is the result of life changes. Stress is pressure from external circumstances that can cause internal tensions. Stress is the body's response to a threatening condition. There's a lot of confusion about exactly what stress is, and how it differs from anxiety. There are different types of stress and not everyone reacts to stress in the same way. Most stress is caused by your perception of the situation, not the situation itself.
